Eventually, that numbness wears off, and we begin to feel again. And today, I want to discuss a couple of the emotions that we experience once we do start feeling again.
We have emotions for a reason. And one of the most important things that we can do, when we grieve, is to acknowledge our emotions, recognize what we're feeling and learn from it.
In the video, I discuss feelings of anger and sadness and several ways to cope with these emotions.
I also give you a sneek peek at two creative tools that I use with my grieving clients.
I will be going in depth on these creative techniques in the final two videos in the series.
