Part 2 of 4: Emotional Flooding During Grief

Dear Subscriber,

In the last post in this 4 part series on Emotional Numbness/Emotional Flooding During Grief, I shared all about the expereince of feeling emotionally numb during grief.

I discussed how its super common and also exactly why we have this experience.

If you missed that post, you can check it out here

Eventually, that numbness wears off, and we begin to feel again. And today, I want to discuss a couple of the emotions that we experience once we do start feeling again.

We have emotions for a reason. And one of the most important things that we can do, when we grieve, is to acknowledge our emotions, recognize what we're feeling and learn from it.

In the video, I discuss feelings of anger and sadness and several ways to cope with these emotions.

I also give you a sneek peek at two creative tools that I use with my grieving clients.

I will be going in depth on these creative techniques in the final two videos in the series.

Love to you,
